The body fat percentage calculator helps you calculate how much of your body is made of fat. First, enter your weight. Then, using a tape measure, determine the measurements of your waist, hip, forearm and wrist.

Next, input your gender and once you have received your results, use the table to see your body fat index is based on average values. Remember, women will almost always have a higher body fat percentage then men will.
