Remember, never eat below your BMR or you can slow down your metabolism and store even more fat.

YOUR TOTAL- 500 calories per day = 1.0 pound lost per week
YOUR TOTAL- 250 calories per day = 0.5 pound lost per week
YOUR TOTAL+ 250 calories per day = 0.5 pound gained per week
 YOUR TOTAL + 500 calories per day = 1.0 pound gained per week
