The Calories Burned Calculator can be used to help estimate the amount of calories you burn while exercising during different activities.

Burning 3,500 calories per week (500 calories per day) equals one pound of weight lost every week. Knowing the number of calories you burn in conjunction with a sensible diet can help you lose or gain weight. Your calorie deficit can either be from exercise alone or can be split between exercise and a calorie intake deficit (ex. 300 calories burned from walking and 200 less calories per day in food).

Activities included in the calculator are biking, swimming, walking and running.
