Instructions
  1. Toast bread in a toaster oven or toaster.
  2. IMPORTANT: Cut slice of bread in half before assembling the rest of the breakfast. This will make it easier to eat.
  3. Place the toasts on plates and line the two halves of each together.
  4. Divide the cottage cheese among the toasts.
  5. Top each piece with several ripe pear slices.
  6. Drizzle with honey.
